Chapter 1211

Blairsville, GA (KDZJ)

What is Young Eagles?

The EAA Young Eagles program was launched in 1992 to give interested young people, ages 8 - 17, an opportunity to go flying in a general aviation airplane. These flights are offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers. So, want to fly at one of our Young Eagle's events? Contact our YE Event Coordinator for a flight and information! Blairsville's Young Eagle program is made possible through local pilots. A list of some of these pilots is available here.

The 2016 Young Eagles dates are TBD. The 2015 events were a great success!
